At Alsaaher Collection, we strive to provide high-quality fragrances and excellent service.

Returns

Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived defective.

Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must remain unused.
  • The original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be required.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products
  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, an alternative product or refund may be offered.
